About the role

  • The Implementation Consultant is the front-line person for ZOLL's Customer Success Organization and is a leader among their peers.
  • The Implementation Consultant will evaluate the client's billing processes, provide comprehensive training on ZOLL products, and work collaboratively with our clients to ensure they have a positive implementation experience.
  • The goal of this training/implementation is to ensure the application is configured appropriately and the customer is successfully able to use the applications in their everyday business activities.

Responsibilities

  • This position works very closely with our clients to develop an effective training plan that meets their needs and then successfully executes that plan.
  • Coordinate with support and product team to resolve customer issues during implementation process.

  • Ability to travel up to 50%

Nice to have

  • Act as a training and product resource for other members of the ZOLL team.
  • Participate in project coordination with ZOLL Project Managers and clients to ensure a successful training and implementation experience.
  • Work toward client success as an effective team member.
  • Train new hires in the implementation processes
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years experience in teaching, training or supporting others
  • Very strong customer-oriented focus and the ability to professionally handle difficult situations
  • Good technical aptitude for working with software and Microsoft Windows

Compensation

  • $70,000.00 to $90,000.00
  • Factors which may affect starting salary include geography, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
  • For fully remote positions, compensation will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local wage laws, including minimum wage requirements, based on the employee's primary work location.
