About the role

Radiance is seeking a highly qualified and motivated radar engineer or computer scientist to serve as a Radar System Modeling and Simulation Analyst for foreign air and missile defense weapon systems.
To achieve this, the candidate will need to have a good understanding of radar theory, a solid foundation in modeling and simulation, and working knowledge of analysis tools such as Matlab/Simulink.

Will communicate and collaborate effectively and efficiently with other technical government and contractor engineers and scientists.
Will prepare written, technical reports to management, indicating analytical findings that will be used to support the Intelligence Community.

Experience supporting US Government S&TI Centers
Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to succinctly describe complex technical scenarios in simple, easily understood terms
Previous ITEAMS experience

Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or relevant technical field
US citizenship with a TS/SCI clearance and CI poly
Expertise in radar operations with a good understanding of radar theory.
Strong analytic, inference, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving skills
Required Experience:
At least three years' experience with radar systems
Prior experience characterizing radar systems based on incomplete information
Experience with or extensive knowledge of modeling radars
