About the role
- As an Enterprise Senior, you will be in a new position of advanced technical aptitude and supervisory responsibilities.
- The Senior Accountant role is the bridge between the staff, who are executing the client-service related tasks, and the management, who are strategizing and overseeing successful completion of efficient engagement activity and top-quality client service.
- Identify key areas for audit focus, potential risks, and necessary resources
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with partners, managers, and clients to develop comprehensive audit plans tailored to client needs and risks
- Lead and manage a portfolio of tax engagements, including planning, preparation, and review of various tax returns (individual, corporate, partnership, etc.)
- Collaborate with partners and managers to ensure seamless client service delivery and alignment with overall firm objectives
- Conduct thorough tax research and analysis to develop tax planning strategies for clients, and collaborate with the internal team to provide guidance on complex tax matters
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients on tax-related matters, providing insights into their financial situations and potential tax implications
- Monitor and manage tax filing deadlines, extensions, and other compliance requirements to avoid penalties and ensure timely submissions
- Collaborate with other audit and tax professionals within the firm to share insights, knowledge, and best practices

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- 5 years of relevant experience in public accounting, financial consulting, or similar setting
