About the role
- This includes coordination and correspondence with the internal project team, as well as vendors, subcontractors, and the customer.
- As the customer requires an on-site Project Management presence for the duration of installation from First Access to project completion on all of their projects, this is the expectation.
- The base salary range for this role is $105,900 to $145,000.
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in the material handling industry or site project management related
- Experience managing a department or focused work team
- Experience with detailed scheduling
- Experience in coordinating department activities with other departments
- Experience managing a budget up to $40m
- Employees may be required to perform any other job-related duties as requested by their supervisor.
- The ability to work with other departments and subcontractors in an effective and productive manner
- The ability to effectively communicate with the customer
- The ability to analyze progress and determine issues in the schedule in a timely manner
- The ability to recruit and evaluate talent to grow the department
- Experience working with customers in planning and troubleshooting issues
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Business or Construction Management, or related experience strongly preferred
