About the role

  • Reporting to the VP of Product and AI, you will work alongside engineering and operations teams to bring AI capabilities from idea to launch.
  • Beyond shipping product, you will help stand up Nevoya's product operations function and contribute to how the company approaches AI enablement as the platform continues to evolve.
  • You will have real ownership early and the room to shape how AI products get built here.

Responsibilities

  • Own AI-focused product initiatives from discovery through launch, working hand in hand with the engineering team
  • Identify and prioritize where AI can add meaningful value across freight workflows, building a clear roadmap of opportunities
  • Conduct and synthesize user research to surface high-value problems and validate where AI is the right solution
  • Partner with engineering to translate complex logistics challenges into reliable, production-ready AI products
  • Support the buildout of the product operations function, including release processes, feedback loops, and cross-functional rituals
  • Own voice-of-customer for the operators who live in the product, spending time close to real freight workflows before specing the tools and AI features that support them
  • Develop tooling and workflows that improve how AI products are evaluated, shipped, and monitored in production
  • Direct experience building, shipping, or operationalizing AI-powered products or workflows

Requirements

  • 6 years of product experience with a focus on AI operations, with a track record of shipping in fast-moving environments
  • Strong instincts for user research and the ability to translate customer insights into clear product direction
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a track record of bringing structure to early-stage or scaling product environments
  • A demonstrated ability to be a neutral arbiter across competing stakeholders and still ship a coherent roadmap
  • Data fluency, including the ability to define metrics, interpret results, and make decisions grounded in evidence
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to align stakeholders across functions
