In this role, you will exhibit full project ownership, acting as the go-to person for internal teams and managing assigned chip development projects from kick-off to customer release.
Education - BS, Electrical or Electronics or other Engr disciplines needed in the semiconductor field.

Develops, Defines, and executes project plans, schedules, budgets and deliverables for assigned projects.
Work with CMSD PMO lead responsible for tracking projects metrics/KPI such as schedule, risks, scope, budget, cost entitlement and manufacturability.
Maintain good discipline & practice guidelines, processes, and execution methodologies for team to follow to continuously improve project execution.
Build trust and collaborate closely with functional leadership from other functional teams for identifying and removing execution roadblocks, mitigate risks and improve efficiencies for continuously improving project execution.
Collaborate with X-functional teams and with peers from other business groups to drive collaboration and harvest best practices and lessons learned to keep CMSD Product group in sync with One Renesas methodologies, tools and systems.
Understanding the fundamentals of design, fabrication, packaging, test, characterization, qualification and mass production of semiconductor products.

Support Annual Operation Planning. Working with CMSD PMO lead to estimate, forecast, and manage individual project as well as program/portfolio spending to ensure actual spending tracks closely with forecast and avoid surprises.

Manages assigned chip development projects for the Configurable Mixed Signal Division (CMSD) by leading cross functional geographically dispersed teams that are focused on the delivery of products from kick-off to release for customers.
