About the role
- The Senior Project Manager - Turnkey Services (PMO) oversees complex, strategic projects with significant business implications, with a focus on the Turkey Services product group.
- The role is accountable for project planning, risk management, stakeholder alignment, and ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Responsibilities

- Complete quantitative and qualitative business analysis to drive margin, growth and service. Make recommendations to leadership and execute changes.
- Support the commercial team and new business opportunities by providing expertise about the Turnkey Services product group.
- Develop, execute and support processes that provide guardrails for price, cost and margin within the Turnkey Services product group.
- Provide feedback and drive critical actions with project champions to keep initiatives on track.
- Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and ensure appropriate resource availability and allocation; escalate issues to leadership as needed.
- Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Implement and manage effective risk management processes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead and collaborate across all functional teams.
- Collaborate with the Menasha Corporation IT PMO on projects and project management processes.

- This position reports to the Vice President, Product Management & Business Transformation.
- Lead strategic projects and initiatives, ensuring goals, timelines, scope, and budget targets are achieved.
- Provide cross-functional leadership for new business onboarding in the Turnkey Services product group.
