About the role

  • Monitor account health and ensure compliance with Amazon policies.
  • Prepare reports and communicate account performance and ongoing initiatives.
  • Experience working with Amazon Vendor Central (1P).

Responsibilities

  • Manage Amazon Seller Central (3P) and Vendor Central (1P) accounts.
  • Create and maintain product listings, variations, flat files, and catalog content.
  • Handle Amazon Seller Support cases, account issues, suspensions, and appeals (POAs).
  • Support Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns.
  • Optimize listings through keyword research, titles, bullet points, and backend search terms.
  • Manage Brand Registry assets, including A+ Content and Brand Story.

Requirements

  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects while maintaining accuracy.
  • Requirements Must Have 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts.

Nice to have

  • Experience with FBA and FBM operations.
  • Knowledge of Amazon SEO and listing optimization.
  • Experience supporting Amazon Ads campaigns.
  • Familiarity with Brand Registry and A+ Content.
  • Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, filters, pivot tables).
  • Experience using AI tools (such as ChatGPT or similar) to improve workflows, reporting, or content creation.
