About the role

  • At CESO, a Market Leader is responsible for leading and growing a defined market sector by driving business development, client engagement, and operational performance.
  • This position serves as the primary business and thought leader for a portfolio of similar clients, with accountability for market strategy, financial results, projections, and program execution.

Responsibilities

  • We develop and inspire through training and coaching on the job.
  • Develop overall business development strategy to gain market share by adding new clients and/or services.
  • Collaborate with Business Development team to identify new potential clients and develop strategy around how to pursue them.
  • Identify, train, and develop (Sr) Project Managers and (Sr) Program Directors.
  • Encourages and supports inter-market collaboration.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to influence at all levels and drive strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • Or 25 years related experience and/or training is required.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products.
  • Criminal background checks and drug/alcohol checks are required.

Nice to have

  • Professional Licensure (RA, PE, PS, PLA) is preferred.
  • PMP certification is preferred.
  • Business and/or Leadership Training is preferred.
