About the role
- Job Description: The position of the Maintenance Supervisor is one that will reiterate our corporate philosophy each time contact is made with a ZRS MANAGEMENT resident.
- The Maintenance Supervisor's primary focus is to assist in the retention of the ZRS MANAGEMENT resident through skilled, efficient, and professional service.
- The position of Maintenance Supervisor reports directly to the Property Manager.
Requirements
- Must have valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record & proof of automobile insurance coverage.
- HVAC certification preferred. If required at a specific property, certification must be obtained within 90 days of the employment start date.

Nice to have

- Possess effective time management skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to change in a composed manner.
- Ability to respect and maintain confidentiality.
- Maintenance experience & knowledge in plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances
- Ability to lift heavy objects.
- Ability to communicate clearly with the residents.
- Ability to work cooperatively and in a teamwork environment.
- Willing to work on-call hours and on weekends as determined by Property Manager and incorporated into work schedule.
- Willing to travel for training and education seminars.
