About the role
- Be the guardian and promoter of our policies, ensuring they are not only respected but lived daily by every team member; Conduct risk and task analyses that go beyond compliance, anticipating and neutralizing hazards before they even appear; Integrate the HSE vision at the outset of every project, every change, to ensure that safety is the foundation of our innovation; Support managers in accident investigations that go beyond symptoms to eliminate root causes; Maintain and elevate our certification standards, turning audits into real levers for continuous improvement; Identify training needs, then participate in updating them.
