Build a genuine, individualized therapeutic alliance with patients that adapts to their evolving clinical needs throughout treatment
Coordinate care across support services - family members, referral sources, and community providers
Provide evaluations and maintain timely, well-written documentation meeting state and CARF standards

Minimum 2 years of experience working in the SUD field
Experience with Motivational Interviewing, CBT, and trauma-informed care approaches

Group treatment experience
Comfort working in a growing program with expanding services over the next several years
minimum 3 years continuous sobriety (5 years preferred)
If in personal recovery: minimum 3 years continuous sobriety (5 years preferred)

The pay for this position is $25-$30 per hour.
Factors such as geographical location, relevant experience, licensure, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
This position is relocation assistance eligible.
If you are interested in relocating, you are eligible for up to $3,000 in reimbursements.
Participate in a shared after-hours crisis on-call rotation (one week several times per year - details discussed in interview)
Attend and contribute actively to treatment team meetings and professional development
