About the role

Job Description The Senior System Administrator is responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining and supporting our Information Technology infrastructure.
They work closely with various cross-functional teams to ensure optimal system performance, security and reliability, contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations.
P03-Senior (Career Level): Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature.

Responsibilities

Developing and maintaining documentation for system configurations, processes and procedures
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support application deployment and troubleshooting
Assisting in developing and enforcing IT policies and procedures

Requirements

4-7 years of experience in IT (system, network, or database administration)
Strong knowledge of Linux, Windows, or MacOS
Knowledge of configuration management tools (Intune, JAMF, Ansible, etc)
Working knowledge of virtualization and containers (VMware, Proxmox, Kubernetes, Docker, etc.)
Experience with Infrastructure-as-code (IaC) i.e. Terraform, etc.
Knowledge of security, storage, data protection, and disaster recovery protocols
Must be able to come into the office as needed
Verification of US employment eligibility required.

Nice to have

System administration and IT certifications in Linux, Microsoft, or other network related fields are a plus
