Responsibilities
- As a Direct Support Professional, you'll provide hands-on assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities by:
- Offering support in daily living activities (e.g., personal care, meal preparation, household tasks)
- Promoting independence and skill-building through individualized goals and programs
- Providing emotional support and positive reinforcement
Requirements
- Ability to assist with mobility and activities of daily living.
- Reliable Transportation: A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are required for community-based services.
- Flexibility & Reliability: Ability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on the needs of the members.
- Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with individuals, families, and team members.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to assist with mobility and activities of daily living.

Nice to have
- Previous experience in caregiving or direct support roles is preferred but not required for some services.
