About the role
- As a Clinical Intelligence Associate at Forus, you will help define the clinical standards that guide how we scale our platform.
- You'll translate your experience into structured frameworks that inform everything from how medical records are interpreted to how treatment decisions are supported - improving the accuracy, speed, and consistency of patient access workflows across the board.
- This is a high-context, cross-functional role that blends clinical expertise with systems thinking.
Responsibilities
- With the traction to support conviction in our model, we raised significant funding from top investors (Thrive Capital, General Catalyst, and Accel) to build an exceptional team of engineers and operators.
- Curate and audit datasets to maintain high-quality, representative training and testing material
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure platform behavior reflects real-world clinical reasoning and standards
- Comfort and/or a strong interest in collaborating with product, engineering, and data science teammates on building new technologies
Requirements
- Strong written communication, with an ability to translate clinical complexity into context and logic that can be understood by non-clinical teams
