Advisors provide comprehensive financial counseling in-person, by telephone, email, and live chat, while ensuring exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Requirements

Knowledge of financial aid programs, including scholarships, emergency loans, and eligibility requirements
Knowledge of administrative procedures and practices
Associate's degree in related field
3 years of relevant experience
This will be required to ensure your application is processed in a timely manner.
Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States.

Compensation

In compliance with NYS's Pay Transparency Act, the salary range for this position is listed above.
$17.90 - $28.60 Hourly
