Responsibilities
- Perform monthly and quarterly account reconciliations and flux analysis for revenue-related accounts.
- Partner with Finance Systems to enhance ERP and revenue automation tools.
- Collaborate with Sales Ops, Legal, FP&A, and Customer Success teams to assist in resolving revenue issues and ensuring contract terms align with accounting standards.
- Provide deal structure guidance to optimize compliance and business outcomes.
- Lead or participate in ad hoc projects and other duties, as assigned, to support evolving business priorities.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 3+ years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in revenue accounting or public accounting for technology clients.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, data modeling).
Nice to have
- Active CPA license.
- Experience in a SOX-compliant, publicly traded company.
- Experience with ASC 606 revenue recognition standards.
- Prior work in SaaS or technology industries.
- Experience with ERP and revenue automation tools (Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, Workday, etc.).
- Familiarity with SEC reporting and revenue note preparation.

Compensation
- $78,950 - $104,500 USD
- The base salary range of this opportunity is listed below and is determined within a range based on factors including qualifications, location and experience.
- The base salary offered is part of a total compensation package.

- Provide support for quarterly and annual audits, including relevant documentation and reconciliations.

Company info
- Prepare and record journal entries for deferred revenue, accounts receivable adjustments, and contractual incentives.
- Assist in preparing SEC reporting schedules and revenue disclosures for quarterly and annual filings.
- Provide support for quarterly and annual audits, including relevant documentation and reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal accounting policies, and SOX control requirements.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to increase accuracy and efficiency in the order-to-cash cycle.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to streamline revenue recognition, billing, and reporting workflows.
- Assist the General Ledger (GL) team in other accounting areas as needed (e.g., fixed assets, accruals, intercompany) to meet company close deadlines.
