Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Physics or a related field with 15+ years of relevant experience in semiconductor technology development, design enablement, program management
Proven experience in complex program execution and structured problem solving
Strong track record in leading cross-functional, global teams and delivering at scale
Experience in customer engagement, issue resolution, and driving high-quality outcomes

Demonstrated ability to translate business strategy into execution and measurable outcomes
Track record of driving operational excellence, process transformation, and continuous improvement
Strong stakeholder management across engineering, product, and customer-facing teams
$166,500.00 - $290,000.00
