VP, Marketing & Comm. | PM Position Type: Regular Open Date: 03-25-2026 Close Date: $63,000 - $73,000 Job Description: Promotes and publicizes institutional activities and programs.
May write brochures and articles for publication.

Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel recruitment campaigns (CRM, email automation, Mongoose, etc.).
Manage lead nurturing workflows from prospect to enrolled.
Develop and review regular reporting and insights to leadership team via the CRM dashboards. Use CRM and analytics platforms to refine targeting and personalization to segmented student populations.
Partner with internal stakeholders to align enrollment communications and marketing plans. Serve as a liaison between recruitment teams and communications and marketing staff.
Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment communications and marketing strategy aligned with university enrollment goals.
Develop and review regular reporting and insights to leadership team via the CRM dashboards.

Bachelor's Degree, with 3-7 years of experience with marketing platforms, demonstrated ability to learn new software, manage projects, and cross-functional teams.

3+ years of experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
More than 4,000 students enroll yearly.
