Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations across multiple In-District Services sites, including staffing, scheduling, logistics, facilities, transportation, and resource allocation
- Supervise and develop operational staff through onboarding, coaching, training, and performance management
- Partner with district leaders and internal teams to align operational priorities with instructional and program goals
Requirements
- Five years of operations experience in a school or district setting, including at least three years in a leadership role
