About the role

  • As a Senior Director of Client Management, you will serve as the face of Cedar to our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive client strategy: Develop and execute tailored account strategies that align client goals with Cedar's business objectives, ensuring long-term partnership success.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor: Build strong, consultative relationships with C-suite and VP-level client stakeholders, understanding their business challenges and positioning Cedar's solutions effectively.
  • Leverage data and insights: Use analytics and storytelling to demonstrate value, identify optimization opportunities, and support renewals and expansions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with Sales, Product, Commercial Strategy, and Operations to deliver seamless client experiences and identify growth opportunities.
  • Influence and advocate: Navigate complex client organizations and internal teams to resolve issues, negotiate contracts, and drive outcomes that balance client needs and company goals.
  • Experience working with several internal partners across departments such as product, engineering, and marketing

Requirements

  • 7 -10 years of experience in account management, sales, business development and/or consulting
