About the role
- Provides administrative and technical support for the Company's business applications and supporting technologies.
- LOCATION This role is required to work onsite at a Gentex facility.
Responsibilities
- Support and maintain the technical infrastructure of the Organization's mission-critical applications.
- Maintain key data elements for the effective use of applications in a secure and highly available architecture.
- Work with cross-functional departments to support existing architecture and deployment strategies.
- Customer focus - Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.
- Continue to learn and build expertise in a particular technical field.
- Fosters teamwork - Builds effective partnerships and works collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.
- Comply ing with all Company policies and procedures, safety regulations, company safety policies and safely perform all duties, including but not limited to, promoting a safe workplace.
- Maintain ing high level of honesty, integrity and confidentiality with respect to company matters.
Requirements
- Knowledge and experience with the organization's key software platforms.
- Must be willing to respond to support calls during nonstandard hours.
- Knowledge and experience with networking fundamentals.
