Responsibilities
- Analyze companies, industries, historical financial statements and prospective financial information Develop financial models, build cash flow projections and perform valuation analyses Organize and executing due diligence processes Conduct industry and company research Prepare presentations and other materials for JPCG and its clients
- JPCG is recruiting talented 2nd or 3rd year analysts to join the New York office and to support our growing investment Banking practice.
- Analysts will directly support senior bankers and are expected to handle a high level of responsibility in the execution of regular financings, distressed financing and restructuring transactions.
