Responsibilities
- Negotiate rates with and carrier partners.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and departments across the division to optimize all shipments in the ITS Network.
- Maintain constant communication with customers to meet service expectations.
- Build relationships with carriers to thoroughly execute on customer's requirements.

- Ability to accept constructive feedback to make long term changes quickly.
- 0-8 years of professional experience preferred (entry-level position).
- Experience in a fast-paced environment strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment.
- Previous experience in customer management is a plus.
