About the role

  • You'll have the opportunity to work with industry standard protocols such as OAuth2, OIDC and SAML, as well as healthcare's SMART on FHIR and EHR integrations.

Responsibilities

  • As Engineering Lead for NeoID-You will lead and manage a small team of engineers, fostering their growth and ensuring delivery excellence.

Requirements

  • Current experience as a People Manager of Software Engineering and/or Security Engineering professionals.
  • Current Experience with Java/J2EE, JavaScript/Typescript, and related technologies
  • Familiarity with software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
  • Have current hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and infrastructure management.
  • Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, especially Terraform
  • Proven track record as a people leader
  • Experience with at least one major IAM platform (KeyCloak, Auth0, Okta, or similar) - KeyCloak and Auth0 experience are strong pluses.

Skills

  • Staying current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and evolving security threats in the IAM and healthcare space

Compensation

  • Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.If performed in New Jersey, the base pay range is $130,284 - $208,116.This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
  • $115,400 - $192,300.
