Manage the full sales lifecycle: from cold outreach and lead qualification to KYC/onboarding and first trade execution
Maintain a high volume of activity with a "no-hesitation" approach to outreach and follow-up
Collaborate closely with the Trading Desk to communicate market colour and ensure seamless trade execution for clients

Ability to distill complex blockchain services into clear, actionable insights for institutional stakeholders

1-3 years of experience in Institutional Sales, Business Development, or Trading (Traditional Finance or Crypto background preferred)

You can work remotely from anywhere in the world for up to 20 days per year.
