About the role

  • You'll be responsible for supporting the construction team in delivering projects on-time, on-budget, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in coordinating with EPC partners, contractors, vendors, and internal teams
  • Maintain organized project documentation, reporting, and communication across stakeholders
  • Participate in site visits and construction meetings to support on-the-ground execution
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Project Development, Development Engineering, Asset Management, and Account Management teams to ensure all teams are aligned
  • Contribute to improving internal processes, tools, and systems that drive efficiency and scalability
  • Wunder is actively developing hundreds of commercial solar projects across the country.

Requirements

  • You Have a Strong Foundation - You have 1-2+ years of managing projects or are a recent graduate with a solid foundation of career experience from a previous internship, part time, or full time role.
  • You're Eager and Ready to Learn - You are at the beginning of an exciting career and you're ready to get your feet wet and learn all about how the solar development and construction world works.
  • You can't wait to become an expert in the commercial solar market and construction management.

Compensation

  • Salary & Equity
  • The base salary range for this role is $58,500 - $78,000 per year, plus equity in the form of stock options.
  • 401k Matching (50% match up to 4% of your base salary)
