About the role

  • As an Account Territory Representative, you will travel mostly within your assigned region of Bakersfield, Inland Valley, North Los Angeles and Central California.
  • You will be their guide to promote retail sales of our products, reduce returns, train associates, check testing equipment, monitor POS compliance, and foster goodwill.
  • This is NOT a sales/commission-based position.

Responsibilities

  • Teach, coach, develop, solve problems, build relationships, and have fun!
  • Build relationships with regional leadership and retail store contacts
  • Attend sales market blitzes inside and outside of your assigned territory to support account related sales growth

Requirements

  • Must be located within assigned territory of: Bakersfield, Inland Valley, North Los Angeles, or Central California.
  • Must have a minimum of two (2) years of experience in a sales or customer facing role

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Previous automotive parts sales experience is preferred (or we will teach you!)

Compensation

  • This position provides an annual salary and is eligible for an annual target bonus. This is NOT a sales/commission-based position.
