About the role

As a Low Voltage Technician, you will be responsible for installing, trouble shooting, repairing, and maintaining Low Voltage systems including but not limited to Fire Alarm, Card Access, Camera, and Security systems.
You will work independently or as part of a team, both in the field and on-site at client locations, providing exceptional service to our customers.

Perform system inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of low voltage systems, including but not limited to fire alarm, card access, camera, and security systems.
Diagnose electrical problems using various testing devices and equipment and implement effective solutions to resolve issues efficiently.
Collaborate with clients, project managers, and other team members to understand project requirements, timelines, and priorities.
Keep up to date with advancements in low voltage system technology, codes, and safety standards, and apply knowledge to enhance service delivery and maintain a high level of expertise.
Maintain and organize tools, equipment, and inventory to ensure their availability and proper functioning.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.

Proficiency in interpreting electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
