About the role
- As a Low Voltage Technician, you will be responsible for installing, trouble shooting, repairing, and maintaining Low Voltage systems including but not limited to Fire Alarm, Card Access, Camera, and Security systems.
- You will work independently or as part of a team, both in the field and on-site at client locations, providing exceptional service to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Perform system inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of low voltage systems, including but not limited to fire alarm, card access, camera, and security systems.
- Diagnose electrical problems using various testing devices and equipment and implement effective solutions to resolve issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with clients, project managers, and other team members to understand project requirements, timelines, and priorities.
- Keep up to date with advancements in low voltage system technology, codes, and safety standards, and apply knowledge to enhance service delivery and maintain a high level of expertise.
- Maintain and organize tools, equipment, and inventory to ensure their availability and proper functioning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.

Requirements
- Proficiency in interpreting electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
