- Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure program effectiveness and fidelity to evidence-based practices.
- Develop and maintain relationships with funders and stakeholders to support program sustainability and growth.

Requirements
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling Psychology, or related field.
- Licensed with LMFT or LCSW for 2 years or more
Compensation
- Above is the pay range for this position that we reasonably expect to pay.

- Approximately 7 weeks of paid time off per year (including holidays)
- Health benefits if working 30+ hrs per week
- Supervise a team of clinicians and oversee the delivery of evidence-based behavioral and mental health interventions in schools and community settings.
- Collaborate with school staff and community partners to support the development and implementation of behavioral and mental health programs and services.
- Collaborate with the behavioral and mental health team and other BACR program areas to support the overall mission and strategic plan of the agency.
