About the role

Requirements

  • A master's degree (including an MBA) in Finance, Financial Planning, or a closely related field from a regionally accredited institution is required at the time of appointment.
  • PhD or DBA in Financial Planning, Finance, or a closely related field is required.
  • Industry experience in Financial Planning.
  • Industry experience or research expertise in AI, GenAI, or related areas.
  • Experience in coaching and mentoring students.
  • Experience with bringing a financial planning program through CFP Board registration.
  • All applicants must be able to lawfully accept employment in the United States at the time of an offer of employment.
  • Official transcript(s) must be provided to Human Resources upon hire.

Compensation

  • Depends on Qualifications ($64,963 - $188,620)
  • Minimum Qualifications
  • A master's degree (including an MBA) in Finance, Financial Planning, or a closely related field from a regionally accredited institution is required at the time of appointment. ABD and doctoral candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Demonstrated commitment to quality teaching and student development.
  • Ability to teach in multiple modalities, including online, HyFlex/Multimodal, and in-person, or a willingness to develop these skills.
  • Interest in and commitment to diverse cultures and populations.
