About the role

  • This is a part-time Office Administrator role (3 days a week) with a clear path to full-time for the right person.
  • You'll be the first face people see, the reason the coffee is always fresh, and the reason a teammate feels taken care of from the moment they walk in.
  • You'll have real ownership from day one, with the opportunity to shape how office operations scale alongside the company.

Responsibilities

  • Manage sign-in, badges, and visitor logistics from arrival through departure
  • Maintain a beautiful, organized, fully stocked office - supplies, kitchen, common areas, and workspaces
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and office inventory
  • Own vendor relationships: coordinate with facilities, cleaning, catering, and delivery services
  • Team Support & Ad Hoc Requests
  • Support onboarding logistics for new hires: desk setup, access, welcome kits
  • Build and maintain simple tracking systems for supplies, vendors, and recurring tasks
