Responsibilities
- Optimize the inventory holdings to limit excess Stocks while ensuring fulfilling timely customer orders

- You will collaborate closely with the Lead Supply Chain Planner to understand product demand and execute supply planning activities to ensure continuous product availability in the market.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Supply Chain or related field
- 6 years of experience in a pharmaceutical background
- Must be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident of U.S. or otherwise authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring visa transfer or sponsorship, now or in the future.
Skills
- Preferred ERP Experience - SAP-S4 Hana, Kinaxis.
- Prior experience in working with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills.
- Strong analytical, investigative, organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
Compensation
- Dr.Reddy's Laboratories offers a competitive total rewards package including base salary determined on the basis of role, experience, skill set and location.
- You will be responsible for performing monthly/quarterly/annual inventory reconciliations with UPS, ensuring proper communication, approval, and systematic adjustments for destruction and write-offs.
- Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including comprehensive health care coverage, retirement savings plan and leave benefits.
