About the role

Requirements
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, iOS-based applications, and CRM platforms
- Valid driver's license and ability to follow Behr's motor vehicle policies.
- Overnight travel may be required.

- In the role of Regional Account Manager, you will oversee your regional pipeline from start to finish.
- This includes finding opportunities, crafting account plans, and delivering sales strategies aligned to Behr's Strategic Deployment Plan (SDP).
- Success in this role requires strong consultative selling skills, disciplined territory management, and proficiency in navigating complex customer environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
