Responsibilities
- Own the design of core user journeys across the product, from initial flows to polished UI
- Collaborate with engineering and product to implement new features and refine existing ones
- Create and maintain a clean, modern visual language inspired
- Work closely with our Head of Design to articulate and evolve Endor design principles
- Passion for building products that are intuitive, beautiful and a joy to use

Compensation
- For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the base salary is expected to be between $140,000 - $200,000.
- Final compensation will vary based on seniority and relevance of experience, location, and position requirements.

- Ensuring that users know what to do without needing to be told
- Strong portfolio that demonstrates both visual polish and UX depth.
- 4-8+ years experience as a Product Designer in a similar role.
- Experience working closely with engineers and understanding implementation constraints
