- Salary Range: $81,765- $86,558 General Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9 am - 5 pm, 40 hours per week Shake up your day-to-day by joining our team as a Mental Health Professional Float!
Responsibilities
- Maintain consistent and reliable attendance and work schedule.
- The Float Professional will work in various programs and provide support, rehabilitation, and treatment to individuals served.
- Deliver culturally responsive, trauma‑informed and person‑centered care that promotes dignity and respect.
- Establish and maintain therapeutic rapport to support engagement in services.
- Deliver psychiatric rehabilitation services that support recovery and independent functioning.
- Make appropriate culturally sensitive referrals and support individuals in accessing needed services and resources.
- Partner with program leadership to provide clinical consultation, guidance and skill development to team members.
- Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, primary care providers, case managers, and interdisciplinary care team members to ensure coordinated care.
Requirements
- Complete all required documentation, reports, and charting in a through, organized and timely manner.
- Required: Master's Degree in Behavioral Sciences or related field.
