About the role
- Provides guidance on routine employee relations matters escalating complex issues as appropriate.
- Coordinates and assists HRBP with Workforce Planning, Talent Planning and calibrations.
- Administers onboarding and offboarding processes while maintaining accurate employee records.
Responsibilities
- This role does not include direct people management but may provide day‑to‑day guidance, project leadership, or functional oversight to team members and cross‑functional partners.
- Supports HRBP & Senior Director, HR with complex workplace investigations.
- Maintains HRIS data integrity and conduct regular audits of employee files and documentation.
- Creates, updates and enforces HR policies to align with company objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
- Experience Requirements
Nice to have
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification or advance degree preferred.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Experience handling employee relations matters with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Working knowledge of FMLA, ADA, payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS systems.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in a regulated environment preferred.
- Dedicated team player who is able to withstand the high demands of a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Strong planning, technical and organizational skills required.
- Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn payroll management, human resource information system (HRIS), and similar computer

Compensation
- $75,000 - $110,000 USD
