Responsibilities
- Drive identity security strategy, threat modeling, and operational readiness.
- Develop security operations frameworks for AI-enabled systems and agentic workloads.
- Partner across engineering and security teams to influence long-term security direction.

Requirements
- Candidates must be able to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.
- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Nice to have
- Deep experience in Security Operations, Identity Security, or Cloud Security (preference in Azure).
- Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, privileged access, and modern identity systems.
- Experience securing AI (agents and blueprints), machine identities, or emerging cloud-native technologies.
- Demonstrated success influencing without authority across multiple.
