About the role

  • Insurance Agents serve our Members by selling them the Property & Casualty, Life and Roadside Assistance insurance that meets the Member's needs.
  • Individuals in this role are accountable for achieving assigned sales goals while providing an exceptional Member experience.

Responsibilities

  • Detailed training, company provided WARM leads
  • Proactively solicits and markets to business and/or community events, performs outbound calling, works marketing lists, and cross-sells/up-sells new and existing customers.
  • Strong sales skills with a history of effectively developing, tracking, following up on and closing leads.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED Required, Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Currently possesses, or has the ability to acquire active and unrestricted state issued license(s) required to place property and casualty insurance.

Compensation

  • Great Pay - opportunity to participate in AAA discretionary annual incentive plan or other incentive plans depending upon position
  • Depending on position, an additional 24 hours per year are earmarked for volunteer activities.
  • Commission combined with a guaranteed yearly salary, our uncapped commission potential gives you the opportunity to achieve all of your financial goals.
