About the role

  • SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES Directly supervises hourly maintenance employees in a particular business unit.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a maintenance team built on expertise, responsibility, and accountability.
  • Maintain and enhance preventative maintenance programs to ensure reliable and consistent equipment performance.
  • Relentless drive to improve production, increase productivity and reduce costs.

Requirements

  • A minimum of five (5) years maintenance experience or work-related experience, on-the-job training, and/or vocational training required.
  • Work activities required to perform this job successfully include but are not limited to repairing and maintaining mechanical equipment

Nice to have

  • Associates degree in a technical field or related bachelor's degree from four-year College or university preferred.
  • Three (3) to five (5) years of supervisory experience preferred.
