About the role

  • The role will be dotted-line reporting into the VP of Talent Management and Development.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a dedicated team member on the Product/Solution Marketing leadership team advising them on how leadership can best support each other and team achieve aspired goals & OKRs.
  • Guide high-profile succession planning for high potential VP-level leaders, creating measurable development plans that build a robust leadership pipeline.
  • P&T lead for advising on design and implementation of core Talent Management programs, such as reimagining performance, potential, and calibration practices.
  • Lead talent strategy governance for P&T by defining what are the right data-driven insights to track progress and drive continuous improvement through facilitation in P&P and business forums.
  • For the Talent Partner role, you will design, oversee, and guide the end-to-end talent management strategy for P&T.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in human resources, talent management, organizational development, or a related people-strategy discipline
  • We know that flexibility can take shape in many ways, so rather than a number of required days in-office each week, we simply spend at least half (50%) of our time each quarter in the office or in the field with our customers, prospects, and partners (depending on role).

Compensation

  • $172,800 USD - $259,200 USD
  • $145,900 USD - $259,200 USD
