About the role
- The Senior Accountant is responsible for processing accounting transactions, compiling and analyzing financial reports, maintaining the integrity of the general ledger, and providing ad hoc analyses.
- This position will have tremendous exposure to all aspects of the accounting cycle.
- The position requires an individual who has a solid understanding of U.S. GAAP, general accounting processes and internal controls, and financial analysis tools and techniques.
Responsibilities
- Perform monthly reconciliations of balance sheet accounts
- Maintain overall accuracy and integrity of the general ledger
- Organize and maintain accounting files and records
- Perform monthly financial statement analytics
- Team player and ability to collaborate with other departments

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- Minimum 2-5 years accounting experience
- Knowledge of GAAP principles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills
- Superior organization skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Focus on managing time well and multi-task
- Detailed oriented
- Self-starter with ability to work independently
- Ability to adapt in an environment where change is a constant
- Prior experience with NetSuite, Ramp, and Tipalti
Compensation
- Flo streams more than 50,000 live events annually across sports, including motorsports, wrestling, hockey, track & field, cheer, jiu-jitsu, NCAA Division II and III athletics, and more.
