Responsibilities
- We support clients with a client-centered approach that emphasizes thoughtful counseling, strong clinical standards, and meaningful therapeutic relationships.
- In this role, you will help deliver high-quality counseling services while supporting clients through assessment, treatment planning, and ongoing therapeutic care.
- Exposure to conducting intake assessments and developing treatment plans.
Requirements
- Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
- Familiarity with HIPAA-compliant clinical records.
- Required Qualifications Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
Nice to have
- Some prior therapy experience, including telehealth counseling, is preferred.
- Strong clinical documentation skills.
- Knowledge of CBT, trauma-informed care, and other evidence-based treatment approaches.
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
