About the role

This role is not open to visa sponsorship or transfer of visa sponsorship including those on H1-B, F-1, OPT, STEM-OPT, or TN visa, nor is it available to work corp-to-corp.
This role requires a hybrid schedule and will be based in our South Charlotte, NC or New York, NY office (Tuesday through Thursday) and optional remote days on Mondays and Fridays each week.
In this role, you will oversee paid media strategy, execution, and investment decisions, driving performance outputs aligned with broader business objectives and unit economics.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end paid media strategy, including channel roadmap, testing frameworks, and measurement approach, with a primary focus on paid search and expansion into additional channels where impact is demonstrated.
Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance across paid platforms, internal reporting tools, and visualization dashboards.
Lead experimentation strategy, including A/B and multivariate testing, to drive incremental improvements across core KPIs.
Develop and deliver performance insights and recommendations, acting as a trusted thought partner to senior leaders.
Communicate strategy and performance insights to internal teams and external partners or vendors, influencing alignment through clear, data-driven storytelling.
Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Creative teams to define requirements, support tracking needs, and enhance paid media landing page and site experiences.

Requirements

Demonstrated experience (3-6 years) owning paid media strategy and performance for high-volume or complex acquisition programs, with a track record of driving meaningful business impact.
Experience navigating attribution, incrementality, and measurement bias, and the ability to explain tradeoffs clearly.

Compensation

Total Cash Compensation Range: $100,000 - $120,000 per year
New York City Total Cash Compensation Range: $125,000 - $145,000 per year
This role is also eligible for a target bonus. Actual compensation varies based on location, experience, and qualifications.
