About the role

  • We are seeking a Product Support Specialist to support day-to-day Mission Support operations at our Austin facility.
  • This individual contributor role is responsible for managing service parts inventory while supporting delivery coordination, warehouse operations, logistics, and warranty administration to ensure the right parts and equipment are available at the right time to support our growing fleet.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day service parts inventory levels at the Austin Mission Services facility.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records within warehouse management systems (WMS) and CRM platforms.
  • Develop working knowledge of Saronic's service parts catalog and inventory processes.
  • Manage outbound logistics, including pick, pack, and ship activities for service operations.
  • Partner with internal teams and logistics providers to ensure timely, accurate, and cost-effective transportation.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain within technology, manufacturing, or related industries.
  • Working knowledge of inventory management, demand planning, logistics coordination, and warehouse operations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel for reporting, inventory analysis, and forecasting.
  • Familiarity with shipping, receiving, pick/pack/ship operations, delivery coordination, and inventory documentation.
  • Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, as required.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse operations, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting warehouse startup activities or implementing inventory management processes is strongly preferred.
  • Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
  • CRM experience is a plus.
  • Experience operating both stand-up and sit-down forklifts
  • current forklift certification or the ability to obtain certification is preferred.
  • Understanding of warranty administration or RMA processes is preferred.
