- Alliance is hiring a Residential Program Director with our Gordon Green adult residential program.

Requirements
- Master's degree in Social Work or a related field (a related field includes psychology, sociology, case management, human development and child development) required.
- Ability to work in a team environment required.
- Contracts that have Rider D: Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background, child protective service check & sex offender check
- Must be able to pass pre-employment physical and TB screen.
- Must be able to exert moderate physical effort with occasional standing, walking, reaching, stooping, bending, kneeling, crouching, typing and frequently lift and carry small children or material weighing up to 25 pounds
- A good driving record is required.
- LCSW or LCPC required. LADC licensure a plus.
- Minimum of two years of experience in a related mental health or substance abuse and co-occurring disorders environment preferred. At least one-year of supervisory experience required.
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Flexible schedule is required.
