Responsibilities

  • Create, update, and maintain comprehensive documentation covering part templating standards, workflows, and edge-case best practices
  • Monitor team output for consistency, performing spot-checks and coaching team members to eliminate process drift and maintain high quality
  • Build, maintain, and manage the part templating schedule, balancing team capacity against shifting customer and production deadlines

  • Our AI-driven systems enable robots to adapt, learn, and perform in the real world closing the skilled labor gap and transforming industries.
  • We go beyond traditional methods, combining perception, reasoning, and control to deliver field-ready AI that is risk-aware, reliable, and continuously improving through real-world use.

Requirements

  • Domain Experience: Prior experience in part templating, robotic weld programming, CAD/CAM operations, or a closely related manufacturing/robotics discipline
