Responsibilities
- Perform initial patient intake interview, register patient in EMR, submit for financial clearance, obtain outside records for review, create a work file for the coordinators, schedule all evaluation appointments and scan records into EMR.
- Develop Selection Committee meeting agendas and d ocument meeting minutes.
- Ensure administrative support is provided to various transplant team members.

Compensation
- You will be required to comply with this program, which will include obtaining an influenza vaccination on an annual basis or obtaining an approved exemption.
