About the role
- Join Northern Trust's Integrated Portfolio Services (IPS) team and play a key role in delivering exceptional service to hedge fund and alternative investment clients.
- Prepare and issue investor statements, trade confirmations, and other investor reporting.
- Assist with investor audit requests and ongoing due diligence activities.
Responsibilities
- Manage investor transactions, including subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and capital activity reporting.
- Maintain investor records, share registers, and subscription bank account information.
- Partner with fund managers, investors, and internal teams to resolve inquiries and operational issues.
- As a Consultant, Investor Services, you will support critical investor lifecycle activities, including subscriptions, redemptions, investor reporting, AML/KYC reviews, and client servicing.
Requirements
- Experience in Investor Services, Fund Administration, Transfer Agency, Client Services, AML/KYC, Operations, or a related financial services function.
- Strong understanding of investor onboarding, subscriptions, redemptions, and investor servicing activities.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with financial services systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
Nice to have
- Professional qualifications (e.g., ACCA, CFA, or equivalent) are a plus.
Skills
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
