Requirements
- MD or DO degree
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
- Passion for relationship-centered, community-based care
- Commitment to collaborative outpatient medicine
- Strong communication skills and patient-centered approach
- Interest in practicing within an independent physician-led organization
Compensation
- Guaranteed base salary starting at $270,000
- wRVU production model with earnings potential up to $480,000+
